Still working out!

Funny, I don't think anyone reads this blog, but it is theraputic to write and help myself realize how much I am doing for my body. They sent me to a specialist to get my thyroid problem situated and we are finally are the road to recovery. It's been so long since I have felt normal and I am so ready to feel good again. I am finally starting to. Since we started "The Biggest Loser" at work I have lost about a pound a week. Soon, it will be more, but a pound isn't bad at all. Today's workout was a beating! My goal is to do a mini-tri one day and then in several years a real triathalon...Hey, I am no J-Lo, but I can give it a shot!
Today's Workout:
Treadmill: 20 min
Eliptical: 20 min
Weights: 20 min
Sauna: 20 min
