Still working out!
Funny, I don't think anyone reads this blog, but it is theraputic to write and help myself realize how much I am doing for my body. They sent me to a specialist to get my thyroid problem situated and we are finally are the road to recovery. It's been so long since I have felt normal and I am so ready to feel good again. I am finally starting to. Since we started "The Biggest Loser" at work I have lost about a pound a week. Soon, it will be more, but a pound isn't bad at all. Today's workout was a beating! My goal is to do a mini-tri one day and then in several years a real triathalon...Hey, I am no J-Lo, but I can give it a shot!

OK day!
Today was okay. I work on Wednesday mornings, so I don't get to go to the gym in the morning. So when I got home today I did some workouts for about and hour while watching "The Biggest Loser" from last night. That show really helps you work out harder. Eli invited me to go out for one of our strolls, but I am not really feeling well tonight, so I am just going to snuggle with my sweetie. I won't post my workout tonight because it was all kinda random.

Today
Today I just did my morning workout, I felt really tired this afternoon and just couldn't bring myself to do anymore than I already did today. I still feel good, I am just waiting for this medication to kick in so I can finally start to fell better again. Anyways, the gym was good today. Chatted it up in the sauna with some older ladies, it was nice. One of them said that being in the sauna for 20 minutes is like running 5 miles! That was crazy!!! At any rate, here is today's workout.
Rowing 10 minutes, 1033 meters
elliptical 15 minutes
circuit weight training

My second workout today!
Just got back from exercising with Eli. We walked a mile and ran a little as well. Then we went inside and did some abs and some legs. It was good. I am feeling so pumped. The cherry on top was walking out to my car and falling on a invisible something in the driveway...That's Brandi for ya!
Today's Workout:
Swimming: 35 minutes
Hot Tub: 10 minutes
Sauna: 10 minutes
Walking: 35 minutes
Abs/Legs: 15 minutes
Shopping at Target: 1 hour (this was very productive)
Watch for my chicken salad recipe, I will get it posted soon. It is really healthy with only a fraction of the mayo, but 120% of the taste.

The Biggest Loser
Decided to start a work out blog, figured it would help me along. I will post healthy recipes tried and true that we have made. I will post inspirational quotes and pics. All kinds of goodies, along with my progress.
Today's workout was swimming. 35 minutes swimming, 10 minutes in the hot tub and another 10 in the sauna. I will also do a second workout when Isaac gets home, usually abs and some butt stuff.
