My second workout today!

Just got back from exercising with Eli. We walked a mile and ran a little as well. Then we went inside and did some abs and some legs. It was good. I am feeling so pumped. The cherry on top was walking out to my car and falling on a invisible something in the driveway...That's Brandi for ya!
Today's Workout:
Swimming: 35 minutes
Hot Tub: 10 minutes
Sauna: 10 minutes
Walking: 35 minutes
Abs/Legs: 15 minutes
Shopping at Target: 1 hour (this was very productive)
Watch for my chicken salad recipe, I will get it posted soon. It is really healthy with only a fraction of the mayo, but 120% of the taste.
